I applied for the grant, how do I know how much my project was funded for?

RFCs with approved hours and funding amounts will be issued to grant applicants based on the projects you applied to complete and course units.
The contracts require a number of signatures before they come to the employee. They are all in process and circulating, but not at the employee signature phase.
Contracts are divided into two different contracts because the work is spanning two fiscal years:
Work through 6/30/25, Work from 7/1/25-12/31/25 (for adjuncts because work can only be assigned one term at a time) and 7/1/25-6/20/26 (for full-timers)
To track hours, we divided the total assignment into 30% of the contract amount up through 6/30/25 and the remaining 70% for the second contract.
Faculty will have to submit time sheets by the 12th of each month to document the actual hours worked.
